About Us

Valentine & Associates was established in 1996 by Clive Valentine practising from residential premises in Wynberg. The main focus was on conveyancing and in particular local transfers serving the local community. In 2001 rather than renewing the business use departure that attached to the premises, the firm moved to new premises in the business node on Main Road, Plumstead. These premises served us well for seven years until 2008. In January 2009 the firm relocated to its current premises in central Cape Town.

Valentine & Associates has deliberately remained small in order to render an extremely personal service to its clients. While the firm did expand over the years to two and then three attorneys in number, it has contracted again. Clive Valentine has been throughout and remains today as the sole proprietor. Clive currently conducts the practice in association with the firm of Broekmanns with whom he shares premises and facilities.
