Together, partners Claire Gaul and Matthew van der Want have twenty years of experience as attorneys in commercial law, employment law, mining and oil and gas law, administrative law, litigation and family law.

As of April 2014, Professor Philippa Kruger is our consultant in respect of all family law matters.

Claire and Matthew were both previously partners at large commercial law firms where we gained valuable experience in the negotiation and implementation of a variety of transactions. We have litigated in a variety of matters, including major commercial litigation, employment disputes, restraints of trade, contractual disputes, family law matters and delictual claims.
