CARI DU TOIT Attorneys is a niche firm, established by Cari du Toit, an attorney who completed her studies at the University of Johannesburg in 2010 and her Higher Diploma in Tax Law at the University of Johannesburg in 2011. After completing her articles, Cari gained her post article experience in many spheres of the law, including High Court and Magistrate's Court litigation, arbitrations, opinion writing, drafting and reviewing commercial transactions and was also actively involved in the day to day business and running of the law firm where she was based before making the decision to branch out on her own.
Our fee structure is competitive, and at CARI DU TOIT Attorneys, we aren't just there to bill clients, we are there to take the legal problems out of your hands and turn them into solutions and we are therefore in a position to provide services at rates that are more economical than the larger commercial firms.
