Education: The firm was founded by Anthony Ndzabandzaba (Ndzabandzaba). Ndzabandzaba has over 12 years of legal experience having been a partner and director in a number of legal practices. Ndzabandzaba has successfully appeared in a number of Courts including the Supreme Court of Appeal. Ndzabandzaba has led high profile cases and investigations, prosecution as well as litigation and settlement of cases in different areas of legal practice with a net worth of over R300m. Ndzabandzaba has recently acted for institutions such as the Competition Commission of South Africa in well documented cases. Ndzabandzaba has provided training in the area of Competition Law to institutions as far afield as the Seychelles. Ndzabandzaba also has a rich history as a lecturer in institutions such as the University of the Witwatersrand where he lectured in the area of intellectual property Law. Ndzabandzaba holds a BA Law (Uniswa) LLB (Natal/ University of Victoria) and LLM (Wits). Ndzabandzaba is currently in his second year of MBA studies with the University of Reading, Henley Business School.
